TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Click Moving. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. THE SMART QUOTE & PRICING

  • Flat-Fee Estimates: Our quotes are based on the inventory and details provided by the customer. Any significant changes to the inventory or moving conditions on the day of the move may result in a price adjustment.

  • Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate inventory list. Omitted items may incur additional fees.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • Notice Period: To avoid fees, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [48/72] hours prior to the scheduled move date.

  • Deposits: Any deposits made are non-refundable if the move is canceled outside of the permitted notice period.

3. PARKING & BUILDING ACCESS

  • Access: Customers must ensure that the moving truck has legal parking at both the pickup and delivery locations. Any parking tickets incurred due to lack of proper access will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Elevators & Stairs: It is the customer’s responsibility to reserve elevators and notify Click Moving of any flight of stairs or long carries involved.

4. VALUABLES & PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • Items of Extraordinary Value: Items such as jewelry, cash, passports, and high-value small electronics should be transported by the customer. Click Moving is not liable for these items.

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not transport explosives, flammable liquids, ammunition, or hazardous chemicals.

  • Pianos & Specialized Items: These require prior notice and may incur specialized handling fees.

5. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

  • Standard Liability: Our standard liability for loss or damage is limited to $0.60 per pound per article, as per industry standards, unless additional valuation is purchased.

  • COI (Certificate of Insurance): We provide COIs for building management upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide building requirements at least 48 hours before the move.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Packing Quality: If you chose "Labor Only" or "Standard Moving," items must be properly packed in sturdy boxes. Click Moving is not responsible for damages to items packed by the owner.

  • Presence: The customer or an authorized representative must be present during the entire duration of the move.

7. 24/7 OPERATIONS & SUPPORT

  • Service Hours: While our moving crews operate 24/7, our customer support office is available from 7 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week. Communications outside of office hours will be addressed as a priority the following morning.

8. GOVERNING LAW

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of operations, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
